Other payroll software, like ADP Total Source and Paycor have similar performance management modules you can add on to their payroll system to make the integration easy. You didn’t mention what payroll software tool you’re using — that may make a difference unless you’re comfortable exporting performance data to a CSV file and then importing it into your payroll program.
