Please tell me how to start.
I am single parent with 5 children. I work 60-80 hours a week never bringing home money to save. I work to pay for a roof and daycare. I am completely on my own with my children. I need an income that will support my children through college. I have done everything in power to fix my credit so that I can flip houses. I don’t know where to start and I can’t afford the expensive books that will teach me. Please help if you can’t help please pass along my info to someone that can I would greatly appreciate it and I will forever be grateful. I keep hearing that sometimes you can reach out to people and it will make a difference. I have tried to apply for grants loans and even worked 3 jobs at one point. But the more time I spend away from kids the more childcare I pay and it defeats the purpose. Please find it in your heart to help me or help me find someone who can help me. Please and Thank you.
It sounds like you have the heart to start your own business and need someone to walk the journey with you. Don’t sign up for an expensive class. Use our website to get ideas on how to start, how to find funding, and what kind of small businesses to consider. All our content and webinars are free. (You just have to ignore the popups, which is how we’re able to share our free advice with you.)
Then, when you’re ready to start, I suggest you hire a business coach. Invest in yourself with someone who’s been there and can step you through the process, not just in terms of starting your business, but also in figuring out ways to find work/life balance. I’ve attached a link with articles to help, and wish you the best of luck.
