Posting from a remote location
Posting to a class from a different computer. Is this possible? We are a seniors group with 3,000 members. Each activity has their own bank account. Now I get the information from all 12 activities, post all of it, and do the reports for each and then the consolidated reports.
How can I make this easier?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Since you did not mention which accounting software you are using, I can’t really answer your question. However, to accomplish what you want to do which is allow each activity to post their information remotely you can do this with QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks Online is a cloud based software that allows you to easily access it from any computer with an internet connection.
The version I would recommend is QuickBooks Online Plus which comes with a total of 7 users for $60 per month. You could set up the 7 user id’s and just share those amongst your 12 people or you could purchase additional users if it’s in your budget.
