We are considering using Kenexa for our pre-hire screening to check competency level (microsoft office and Gmail) for our administrative assistant applicants. Can the applicant be given a link to do this testing online or will we need to have a testing area setup for them to complete the testing at our office? Thank you.
Hi Kathy, I’ve worked with other testing vendors and in most cases, you can send the applicant a link, or even embed it within your LMS as a step within the hiring process.
In reviewing Kenexa materials online, it appears that they will be able to set up the tests and embed them into your existing processes and systems. Your best bet is to set up a demo with IBM and have them explain how it works as well as get pricing based on the number of tests you might need annually.
If you choose to go forward, they’ll partner you with an implementation team to ensure your tests fit within your existing hiring process.
