Do you have any recommendations for project management software for real estate brokers.
Things to be covered are:
Ongoing business development process
If you want something lightweight and easy to use, you could do worse than using something like Trello. It’s very easy to use, yet offers enough functionality for a modestly sized brokerage. That said CRM’s like Contactually or Top Producer also offer transaction management which you could fairly easily modify for project management. Or, you could track your listings and deals in your crm and use trello for other projects like branding or ad planning/spending.
I recommend you to use Trello or Asana since both are free to use and comes with awesome features. Also, you can try Pendo that aimed at property managers, who might be managing anywhere from one to 100 properties.
If you’re open to paying for it, BaseCamp is the gold standard. Plutio is another up and coming software, which is also quite good.
