I am contemplating purchasing either QBO or QBD. We are a simple 2 man business doing online retailing (like through eBay or Amazon) and done handle stock much as its held by a 3rd party.
We are not on the go and work from home office.
Can you advise which would be better suited to this business?
Let me know if you need any further info….
Hi Paul Vee,
I typically need more information and a better understanding of the overall business operations before I can make a solid recommendation on which version of QuickBooks a business should choose. However, based on the info you have provided, it sounds like QBO might be the better option because it will be easier to download the sales info from the retailers you mentioned (amazon and ebay).
If you have not already, check out the following two guides. The first one, will help you determine if QBO or QBD is right for you and the second one will help you determine which QBO version to choose, if that is the route you decide to go. Once piece of advice, ignore QBO Simple Start, you will outgrow it too quickly.
