HI my name is nayely I have opened a carrier business and I have some questions about Quick books.
I have only 2 employees but I want to start quick books because I keep all records of expenses in a cardboard box, not very smart because sometimes I lose my receipts or I don’t remember what I have to pay on the dates that my business bills are due, can Quick books help even if I don’t have a big pay roll? can I also print the employees checks on quick books and will I need a special printer or paper to do that?

This is the perfect time to get those books in order before tax time is here! Yes, you can use QuickBooks to manage payroll for your two employees and to track your income and expenses! I recommend that you sign up for QuickBooks Essentials or Plus. If you don’t have inventory and you don’t need to pay 1099 contractors then go with Essentials. If you do need inventory and 1099 tracking go with QBO Plus. You can also purchase QBO and Payroll as a package to get the best deal.
