Do I have to earn a Real Estate license in order to flip houses and properties?
Hi Geselle –
The great thing about real estate, is that you don’t need to have a license to do very well within it. You can certainly purchase and flip properties without a license. However, many flippers find that having a license is advantageous. You often have access to properties earlier than the general public, and save money when you sell the property (due to commission fees) – unless you are selling by owner using a real estate attorney.
