Real Estate Broker Reciprocity
I’m licensed as a principal broker in VA, MD, and DC. I like to expand into other states as the broker (so that agents in those states can get licensed under my brokerage license and conduct transactions). I won’t physically be conducting business in those states and the entire process will be done online for my end.
Do you know if I’m able to do this in the states with the physical location portability or states?
In the states that have reciprocity, do I have to get another license in those states or am I able to recruit agents with my current licenses?
