Just wanted to know if you evaluated and considered Paychex or Surepayroll for the article and if so, what were your findings?
I excluded Paychex from this article mostly due to cost as well as it not having as high of reviews as some of the other services. However, we feature Paychex software often in our articles (for a bit larger businesses, and those who are looking for an alternative to ADP). SurePayroll isn’t one we’d recommend. The price is okay, but their customer feedback isn’t great — especially when there are similarly priced options like Gusto, which we find to be a much better product with great customer feedback and the option to do onboarding, add on benefits and purchase workers comp. I’ve attached some additional comparisons and reviews. Do you work for Paychex? I see they own SurePayroll.
