I have an RV park with about 90-95 monthly recurring transactions except the amounts differ each month because the invoice includes a utility charge that is dependent their electric usage.
I am looking for an online recurring payment solution that does the following:
1) Ability to upload monthly invoice amounts from excel
2) Allow residents to set up automatic withdrawals from their bank where I cover the transaction fee which should be much lower than the CC fees
3) Allow residents to pay by credit card but force residents to pay the transaction fees
4) Track paid vs unpaid invoices, etc
