Residential Rental Property question
I have listed a residential property for rental earlier in the year. However, because of the market conditions, the house was vacant for 6 months, and got rented recently. Consequently, I may have rental proceeds for 3 months in 2019. In this situation, what portion of the real estate taxes paid, and the depreciation that can be used as deductions to offset the rental income?
