S Corporation and IRS Form 941
If your S Corporation has:
*** only 1 employee (me)
*** do not draw a salary
Question: Is the filing of a Form 941 required?
Based on my research, if you have filed Form 941 in the past, you must continue to file it every quarter even if you have no taxes to report. As an S Corp, you may want to consult a tax professional who can look at your specific situation to ensure that this is correct.
Best of luck,
