Thank you for your question. The research conducted for Evan’s article was all done recently prior to publication (the publication date was August of 2017). However, we update all of our content regularly so check back soon for an updated version that reflects any new findings since publication.
The use of “we” that you’re referring to is commonly called the editorial we. In this case, Evan was writing as a member of our editorial team, hence of the use of “we” instead of “I” to convey the analysis and opinions conducted by our team at FSB.
