The article you wrote on real estate wholesaling was incredible.
Have you ever been a real estate wholesaler. If so what is your experience with wholesaling? I am not ready to spend the big dollars for flipping and fixing houses and I don’t believe in borrowing money. I am Christian and really would like to know if wholesaling is legit.
Thanks so much!September 19, 2018 at 2:57 am #249616

Thank you very much for reading Allison’s article – we’re glad you found it helpful.
The expert writers on our team have extensive experience in their respective fields including real estate. I don’t believe that any of our writers have ever served in as wholesalers previously but may have encountered them in the course of business.
Real estate wholesaling is definitely legitimate if you work with reputable providers. However, even purchasing property wholesale requires capital to invest. If you’re looking for other ways to invest in property with minimum equity requirements and don’t want to borrow money from a bank, another idea that you might consider is owner financing. We have a great article on owner financing when it comes to real estate – you can learn more here and decide if it’s right for you: https://fitsmallbusiness.com/owner-financing/
Hope this helps. Best of luck with your new venture.
