I made a mistake of starting a warehouse when I did not have enough stuff to store. May be this was my way of making myself believe that the business was good. Anyway that was a really bad decision. Now I am looking to sell the warehouse with all the equipment. Selling the warehouse was pretty easy but the equipment was not as easy. So I have been looking for companies to do the same.

Sorry to hear that you’re selling off! Most of these outfits are called “liquidators” or “jobbers” and expect to get pennies on the dollar for your equipment, leftover materials or stock, and office furniture. Of course, that all depends on how much you have and what it is, but generally you don’t get much of a return for a small warehouse liquidation using a jobber. If you just want to unload everything and walk away, it’s a good way to get that done, but you won’t get much.
However, if you have space to store these items and the time, you can try listing remaining products on Craigslist, LetGo, Facebook, and OfferUp. You can move a surprising variety of used equipment and clearance goods pretty quickly and usually make more money in the end by doing it yourself. Hope this helps, good luck!
