Hi,
I have an eCommerce store that I started about 2 months ago and I’ve been doing FB ads since. Recently I’ve also been doing Google ads. I have about 2k website visits so far but no sales. One of the reason is because the majority of my website visitors are mobile users. My website is mobile enabled but it’s not mobile friendly. I suspect that might be the reason for the high bounce rate.
I want to create a sub domain or something where mobile users will be re-directed to the mobile only site. I am looking for some articles or guidance on how to go about doing this. Thank you.

You really must be mobile-friendly and be able to accept mobile payments these days to be successful. A platform that supports a fully mobile site (like Shopify, BigCommerce, 3DCart, WooCommerce, Ecwid, Pinnacle) is the best way to handle this. If you’re not on a mobile-ready platform and you want to do a redirect, the best source for doing that correctly and to ensure PCI-compliance is your platform support team. Good luck!
Cheers,
Krista
