Good luck to you conducting training. Yes, this is the most updated outline. Be sure to check California labor law specifically as CA is often more inclusive than other states in terms of what constitutes ‘harassment’, such as comments about sexual orientation or identity.
This is the exact outline I would use to conduct a live session.
