When an Amazon Seller ships a product for free for Prime customers (FBA) or offers free shipping via premium shipping option, does Amazon still provide shipping credit on the items shipped like it does for normal shipping ?
Sorry — no. As an Amazon Seller-fulfilled Prime (SFP) participant, you get no shipping credits. The buyer gets free shipping and you pay whatever it costs to ship the item within the required timeframe. Most SFP participants raise the product price to offset shipping costs. I hope this answers your question, sorry I didn’t have better news for you!
