son failed final test at Upstar school of realty
My son took the 90 hour course and failed the final test with a 70%. He was very upset and humiliated and hasn’t followed up with the school. Is there a law in Indiana that says he can’t re-take the test without taking the entire class again? He can’t afford to take it again. I see that if you sign up for on-line classes, they state you can re-take each of the 3 tests until you pass them all. Doesn’t seem right that the expensive in classroom rules would be more stringent than the online class rules? Can you enlighten me?? Thanks so much
Hi Betsy –
I’m so sorry to hear of your son’s experience. The best thing to do is to contact the Indiana Real Estate Commission with any questions. You can be reach them by phone at (317) 234-3009. They will be able to talk to you further and in specific detail about their current laws, whether your son’s school was an approved school, and anything else that might be a concern for you or him. Best of luck.
