I am not happy with the Xero integration set up with both Square and SquareSpace. When the feeds comes through and are posted to my Sales account, my IN state Gross Sales do not include sales tax and as a result, No tax is recorded either. The only column that is correct is my Net sales. How do I correct the feeds so my Sales account reflects accurately? P.S. The feeds do put the Sales tax in my Sales Tax Payable account.
I’m sorry to hear that you are having so much trouble with the Square + Xero integration. Unfortunately I have no experience with how this integration works. However, I was able to find a support page on it. (see the link below) If that doesn’t help, I suggest that you reach out to a Certified Xero advisor who can probably assist you.
