Hi all looking at starting a candy cart hire business and not sure how to start i know i need public liability insurance but do i need a license and any other tips be greatly appreciated Thank You Mandy 🍬🍭🍬
You are smart to get Public Liability Insurance, although it will likely be a General Liability Insurance policy, if purchased in the U.S. Within the policy, be sure you have product liability coverage, which is sometimes called “products completed” coverage if someone gets injured or sick using one of your products after you sell it to them. Find out what types of licenses you may need, depending upon where you take your candy cart. You may also need to have what is called a Certificate of Liability Insurance, which provides evidence you have liability insurance.
