I have read your review of the best crowdfunding sites. I did not see one site that only invested in National Credit Tenant NNN Leased properties. Do you believe a crowdfunding site with very low management fees that only invested such properties would be successful in raising capital? At current market cap rates I would say that most of these investments would return approximately 5.5%. I know this a low rate of return but the strength of the tenant will provide a stable cash flow for fixed income investors. I and a partner are looking to deploy around $25M in capital and would like to get other accredited and non-accredited investors to participate with us.
Look forward to your thoughts.
Thanks for checking out our site and posting on the forum. When we update our top real estate crowdfunding sites, we will keep that information in mind and see if there are any more companies that make our list. Strong tenants are important when determining the types of properties you invest in, however in terms of investment advice or investing in projects, that’s not something we do. We recommend doing your due diligence on a company before investing and consulting with a tax professional or attorney if you have further questions.
