Targeting a certain type of homebuyer
I am a broker and homeremodeler who wants to connect with prospective homebuyers who desire to buy a home in the $200,000 – $400,000 price range in a certain zip code.
What is the best method to reach this type of homebuyer?

Great question! There are so many ways to target specific types of homebuyers. A method that allows you to filter by a lot of variables (including the income to qualify for that type of mortgage) would be setting up a Facebook ad campaign. We show you how to do that here.
While there are a number of methods you can use, we’ve found Facebook is still the most highly targeted out there. Best of luck!
