I found your Tax deduction article very interesting.
I’m happy to find this type of information from people who has very good knowledge about this topics.
Could you please let me know what is the form i need to file for tax deductions and …Is it against the law to fill it by myself ? or do i need an accountant ?
Can we deduct tax as 2018 from condo maintenance fees in Miami? I’m planning to buy a condo but the maintenance fee worries me because i’m financing.

Thanks for visiting our site and posting on the forum. I’m so glad you found our rental property tax deduction article helpful. In terms of IRS forms, yes, you can fill them out yourself, but I recommend hiring a CPA. That way you have an expert in your corner, in case you get audited etc. You would also need to ask the CPA about the specific forms you need to fill out. We’re not licensed tax professionals, so, unfortunately, can’t give you specific advice. Typically, if the property is a rental property then the condo fees are tax deductible. Best of luck with your condo purchase in Miami.
