I do category templates and customize them for individual businesses. In what business types (e.g., cars, furniture, pharmacies, insurance, medical, and so forth) do you find owners who use radio the most and are most able to recognize well-written copy? Thanks!
Businesses that sell home goods (furniture, garden, home improvement, hardware, etc.) tend to have the best ROI from radio sales. Automobiles can also fall under this umbrella, but pharmacies/medical businesses not so much. The types of medical businesses that do better with radio advertisements seem to be elective industries like weight loss, or vein treatment.
I recommend checking out this report from Nielsen about how various industries are using radio advertising these days.
