Hello Lisa, great question. In my humble opinion you should mark not applicable. I think that it does not apply for real estate, and will just confuse the user.
If you only work with luxury homes and put $$$, then people may think your charge extra commission. Likewise, if you put $ they may think you give poor service.

I think putting a price range in will only confuse your clients.
There is no way of knowing whether they would think your talking about the price range of homes you work with, or the amount of commission you charge.
Furthermore, most agents don’t only work with 1 price range of home.
Thanks for your question! I would agree with Jason, that it’s not necessary to include pricing information on your Facebook business page for real estate agents. Instead of pricing/commission rates, what people are generally more interested in is an agent’s ability to sell homes and/or negotiate deals on behalf of those clients buying homes.
If you do work within a specific price point, say, properties valued at over $1 million, then rather than using pricing to denote this, use the business description box to mention it.
In terms of Facebook advertising, if you, say, work with high-value properties, it’s worth targeting your ads by net worth and/or income-level, as well as job title, location, and more to avoid displaying your ad to those who won’t likely be in the market for your listings (and thus potentially wasting ad spend on irrelevant clicks).
