What is the best way to approach liscensure in multiple states?
I want to be able to do deals in 6 states: Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, Kansas, Texas, and Florida. What is the best way to approach this? I am a Missouri resident and currently own several properties in Missouri. Some of these states are “cooperative”, so for these states would I even need licensure because an out of state license counts, correct? Looking for any advise.
Hi John – Here is a breakdown of what is required in each of those states and what you need to be licensed there. https://fitsmallbusiness.com/real-estate-license-reciprocity/
Hope this helps… Diana
