What is the price range of a food truck
Is there an insurance policy that covers food…..food insurance….food on the food truck?
It is possible that a real food truck could cost tens of thousands of dollars. In the same way as with any commercial enterprise, the costs depend on whether we want something simple or very sophisticated. The range could range between $ 50,000 and $ 200,000. The upper end of that range should really be a high level establishment. At the low end, anything below the $ 50,000 range could begin to raise concerns about transportation reliability or the quality of the food and preparation equipment.
So to have a reasonable price while maintaining high quality standards, we must consider something between $ 70,000 and $ 80,000. We must also take into account additional costs that include: fuel and maintenance, commercial permits, purchases of kitchen equipment or rental expenses, food supplies, insurance, advertising dollars and any employee expenses.
