What Sales/Turnover typically would a Zoho Books client be doing?
I am looking at Zoho (or Zero) for a 2- 5m CAD business. (am currently using Sage Live but not happy with it. Too many IT issues and poor service support)
We are considering ZOHO as it is one of the few cloud based accounting systems that has Sales Orders.
You say ZOHO is good for a small to medium size businesses; What IS one in terms of Sales Volume? 1-5m, 1-10m or??
That is a great question. Overall, if I had to pick between Xero and Zoho Books I would go with Xero. Xero is a very robust accounting software system that is identical to QuickBooks in terms of the amount of features included. To my knowledge, neither Xero or Zoho Books offers telephone support but I know you can chat with their sales teams to get your questions answered. You can find the option to chat on their websites.
Xero also has certified advisors located across the U.S. Click on this link to see if there is one in your area: https://www.xero.com/us/advisors/
Best of luck,

the above does not really answer my question but it is good to know. So you dont really know the size of businesses?
A few points:
1. Zoho has Sales Orders and Zero does not. These are essential in most medium size businesses now.
2. Zoho has excellent phone support as well as on line.
