I am interested in knowing if there are solutions that allow a representative to forward a customer to the checkout moment right away by just sending a “pay now” button while chatting.
I don’t know a specific chat solution that does this off the bat, but I’m sure it can be done since you can send links over chat. Even if a graphic button can’t be inserted, a link can be inserted into chat. The only question is whether that link can populate the cart with product information (name and price) by clicking the link, like a standard “add to cart” email button. That’s what you need to be able to encode into the link in your chat software.
