In general, LinkedIn Recruiter is designed for a recruiting or staffing firm, whereas Recruiter Lite is a better fit for an HR department of one doing a lot of recruiting — and wanting to find passive candidates through (1st, 2nd or 3rd degree) connections on LinkedIn.
In either case, job posting on LinkedIn costs extra. LinkedIn’s recruiting apps are all covered within their Talent Solutions — typically their pricing is shown online and you can request a demo to compare what will work best for your firm.
