    What’s the best state for a foreign owened LLC?

    I am based in the UK and thinking about hiring an employee in the US to carry out a customer service role to our US clients. I won’t be trading in the US but I’m told that I need to set-up a LLC to get an EIN and best location is Delaware but my employee is based in New York. Is Delaware a god state to set-up even though I have no business connections there?
