I’m not quite sure if I am clear on what your question is so if I don’t get this right, please feel free to post a more detailed question so that I can answer it. It sounds like you want a customer to pay you via bank transfer or online using a debit/credit card. In order for you to do this in QuickBooks, you must sign up for a QuickBooks Payments account.
To do this, just go to Company Settings and click on the Payments button on the left. There should be instructions on how to apply for a payments account and you will need to enter your banking information when you apply for an account.
