Hello, i’m a beginner in wholesaling, and i wanted to know what is the very first move? Do i contact any real estate agents, or do i just jump right into looking for properties, once i have all the answers? i’m doing a lot of research and a lot of studying at the moment but i never heard anyone asked the question of whats the first move.
