Which software is best for us?
We are home remodeler based in Denver, CO. We specialize in doors, windows, patios, decks, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and basement build outs. This is what we are looking for: -Lead intake. We need to be able to take in leads from various sources.
-Needs to have a scheduling function. We need to be able to assign meetings for individual sales reps
-Needs to allow for pictures to be sent to the client and to the subs.
-Needs to the ability to send email campaigns, SMS text messages, and appointment confirmations
-Needs to have a production management function, so we are able to manage the status of projects.
-Needs to have financial analysis capabilities. Be able to condense information and display averages, P&L’s
-Needs to be able to communicate with the customers. Keep them upto date on the status of their project.
-Needs to have an accounting function that is compatible with quick books.
-Needs to support bolt on dialer software. So that our software can dial the leads.
So far we are looking at either BuilderTrend or CoConstruct. What would be the best fit for our needs? Thank you
