Who is the better LMS between Lessonly and Cornerstone?
For a fast-paced startup in the property management industry with a large remote workforce, which is the most recommended between Lessonly or Cornerstone?
We tend to write for small businesses, so when you say you have a large remote workforce, it may be that you need an LMS that can scale. Do you mean 50 or 5,000?
What I do know is that Lessonly receives better online reviews (mostly in the 5-star range) on third-party review sites, as compared to Cornerstone which averages reviews in the 4-star range. Also, Lessonly doesn’t require a $1,000 startup fee like Cornerstone does. Your best bet, as you’ve narrowed it down to these two, is to schedule demos with both vendors.
Before that, consider:
1) the number of courses you will build (or buy) and will need to host on the platform
2) how much administration you’ll need to do (with either vendor) to manage enrollments and completions (or will you let employees manage that themselves?)
3) how easy it is for users to access the courses and view their progress
4) what kind of reporting you need, by user, location, manager, course?
Best of luck to you!
