Why don’t they Reply
My faxes mysteriously stopped forwarding to my designated email address (this happened once, then fixed itself the next day and again today). I tried to contact them through their “Contact Us” about 1 month ago and nobody ever replied. The same problem happened again today. This can HUGELY disruptive to my business, but Fax.Plus will not even acknowledge receipt of my question. There are no phone numbers to call and nobody appears to be handling tech support. This is unacceptable.
