We are a flight based company. Working in tx doing disaster releif company we are sub- contracted with requires workers comp for 6 weeks have failed to find anyone to insure us need help thanks in advance
Good luck on your contract. Workers’ Comp is sometimes hard to get on your own (at a price you can afford). Some options are:
1) Sign up for a payroll company and get workers comp through your payroll service (For example, if you run payroll through ADP or Gusto you can get workers comp through them).
2) Work with a PEO that co-employs your workers and can pool them with others in similar job categories to help your rates be more affordable.
