the plans beyond the basic have unlimited…the part about more hosts? when would that be needed.. would that be for a large company and other employees at a time needing to use it? I operate a business with many associates….yet usually don’t turn over the presentation to others…other than controls to type in info etc…??
Thank you for your questions. Hosts are the individuals that control the Zoom meeting. This includes scheduling, managing participants, and controlling meeting settings. Some companies have several associates hosting meetings at any given time. If you (or a small number of associates) will be hosting the meetings, you may only have a need for Zoom’s Pro package which is targets smaller teams and is $15 per month per host. If you will have 10+ associates hosting meetings, you may consider Zoom’s Business package which requires a minimum of 10 hosts and is priced at $20 per month per host.
