Total Management Pricing
Total Management has two pricing plans — Residential and Commercial. The Residential plan costs $1 per unit per month with a $75 monthly minimum. The Commercial plan costs $2.50 per unit per month with a $125 monthly minimum. There is also a one-time setup fee that is based on the volume of properties managed.
