What Tresorit does not do well:

Most Helpful Positive User Review
A user who gave a positive review of Tresorit on G2 Crowd said that the software has dramatically changed the way he stores his research data in two ways. He explained that firstly, its encryption and the Swiss data privacy laws it follows safeguard the confidentiality of his fieldwork research data. Secondly, he shared that he had always had difficulties in storing his files on external hard disks because of sudden erasure of documents but that Tresorit is the perfect solution for this. He also mentioned that the transition from his old file storage solution to Tresorit was really smooth, the interface is very accessible and is easy to grasp, and that the company’s support team and online resources are excellent.
Most Helpful Negative User Review
One user who left a review of Tresorit on Capterra said that one of the things he found a little difficult to handle with the software is with the deletion of files. He explained that since the files are synced across all of his devices, if he deletes a file on one device, it’ll be gone on all devices forever. It is worth noting, however, that he still rated Tresorit 5 out of 5 and that he was told by the support team (which he described as phenomenal) that they are already working on improving how file deletion works.
