We utilize Userlike to chat with our customers via our website. I really like the new layout of Userlike which allows me to easily navigate between different active chats with my clients. The ability to preview what visitors are typing is a very helpful feature; it allows me to begin drafting my response to their questions in a more timely manner and also allows me to easily chat with more than one client at a time if needed.
Every once in awhile the location data provided with the client is not accurate. This is the only issue I have encountered with the software. Overall I am extremely pleased.
I have been impressed with the Userlike interface and the management of the company. The CEO/Founder frequently sends out personalized emails regarding system updates or eluding to why certain decisions were made within the company. I really appreciate him taking the time to communicate with his end users in such a professional yet warm manner.
