This review is for the Virtual PBX Dash Plan rather than the Office Plans.
Virtual PBX Dash Plans are designed for small businesses that want full phone system functionality, but at a low cost. For people only needing one “user” these plans do offer a great value. However, for the Basic and Pro plans, the service adds $12.99 and $26.99 per additional user, but doesn’t include any additional minutes. So this effectively INCREASES your cost per minute as your business grows.
Because the Office Plans and the Dash Unlimited plan include unlimited U.S. & Canada minutes, those users don’t have to worry about this issue. As long as you’re either a solo user or you prefer the more expensive, but unlimited minute options, Virtual PBX offers a good solution. I’ve been a VPBX customer since 2006 and it has served my SMB business needs very well, with virtually zero problems. Priced right, full-featured, my only desire to to have them do voice-text voicemail transcription, but otherwise a stellar service.
I don’t use outcalling through the PBX, and largely this just handles inbound calls, but does it reliably and professionally.
