Wagepoint uses a simple pricing formula that includes a base fee combined with a $2 fee for each employee. For example the cost of one payroll for a company with 10 employees would be $20 + (10 X $2) = $40 per pay. To figure out your monthly costs, you then multiply this cost with frequency (for this example we’ll use bi-weekly or semi-monthly).
So, $40 X 2 payrolls per month = $80. This pricing also includes 10 tax payees with additional payees costing $2 each. The base fee for bi-weekly and semi-monthly is $20, weekly is $10 and quarterly is $75.
