How does Whiplash’s weekly prepaid billing cycle work?
Users will pay an advance amount that will cover one week’s worth of order transactions based on the past three weeks’ volume. Whiplash will use the advance payment as a running balance that will be spent, depending on the number of orders shipped. In instances that the balance reaches zero, Whiplash will charge users with the applicable weekly prepaid amount plus the negative balance.
Can users opt to refill their Whiplash account with a specific amount in case their balance reaches zero?
Yes. Users can contact the Whiplash support team to set up a customized “refill amount” which will automatically be charged to their billing accounts when their balance reaches zero.
Can users cancel their Whiplash account at any time?
No. Users will need to clear their remaining inventory or have the products returned to them before they can cancel their account. Whiplash will charge users with the costs to return the remaining inventory, as well as any outstanding fees. They will also issue a refund in case the user has a positive balance in their account.
