To sign into the Premier Agent App, use the same email address and password you are already using to access your agent account on the Zillow website. This is important so that your listings, contacts, and profile sync and so that you can get the most out of the Premier Agent App.

There are three primary ways that the Premier Agent App helps you manage and track your pipeline:

By having these three reporting features available, the app allows you to examine where your leads are coming from and if certain services that you use are truly paying off. If you are a particularly busy agent, the concierge service offered by Zillow’s Premier Agent Advertising program could be a game changer. Concierge services are free to Premier Agents (just opt-in) but not available to others. One way to make your profile stand out is to have current reviews and show your activity in the market accurately. By clicking on the “Profile” button, the app allows you to maximize your reviews by requesting them directly from your phone. You can also upload past sales to keep your account up to date.
The second way that the app allows you to optimize yourself on the platform is through your listings. On the iOS version of the app, you can click on the “Listings” button and then upload a video to your listing. You can add a video walkthrough to your listings and monitor the performance of your listings through the Premier Agent App.
The great thing about adding a video to your listing is not just the increased engagement you’ll get, but also that Zillow will rank your home higher than others in the same search category because it contains a video added through their app. Anyone is allowed to create the video (professional videographers or others), it just requires the listing agent approval to post it. Premier Agent Blog
The Zillow’s Premier Agent Blog is surprisingly good. There are posts on topics that all agents can benefit from like productivity, lead generation, lead conversion, trends and general marketing topics. We particularly liked that if you were a new agent, you could learn such topics as how to calculate the return on investment of a marketing campaign that can help you be more effective with your ad dollars.
The scripts offered through the Agent Toolkit that were effective, useful and relevant. The scripts varied by topic and contained ones you’d expect, such as for sale by owner (FSBO) scripts, as well as nontraditional scripts we loved like asking clients for reviews or scripts to use by text messaging.
The templates section of the Agent Toolkit was wonderful. It provides templates for everything from an agent resume to templates for real estate flyers. When you start to explore the features that Zillow integrated into the real estate agent app (and desktop website), you realize that they clearly had the pulse on what agent’s need.
From free client checklists on fall maintenance to winterization, Zillow offers you a number of ways to offer your client service that goes above and beyond the norm. The handouts are well thought out and have a range of topics, including those on home buying, lending and listing your home.
Overall, the resources available to those who use Zillow’s Premier Agent App were surprisingly good. While very general, there was certainly something for everyone and a way for even the most experienced agent to streamline their workflow or learn something new.
