Kathy Haan

Kathy Haan, MBA is a staff writer at Fit Small Business focusing on online business. She is also a business coach where, since 2010, she’s helped women all over the world launch and scale online businesses.

As an international speaker, Kathy has given keynote speeches on highly coveted stages like Clever Talks and SPARK Live. She took 2nd place in The Pitch competition, and is the former president and chairperson of the board of the Waverly JAYCEES.

Kathy is also a recipient of the 2020 SHERO of the Year award, awarded to one woman every year in a celebrity-attended red carpet gala in Las Vegas. Starting her first blog in 2006, Kathy continues to chronicle her family's adventures on her travel blog, Idyllic Pursuit. Through this blog, Kathy works with some of the biggest brands in the world as a content creator. When not traveling, she resides in Iowa with her husband, three children, and two Great Pyrenees.

Participating in Alpha Beta Kappa, Kathy received her MBA from Purdue University Global and graduated with high honors. She also attended seminary graduate school at Liberty University.
