The cash back you earned will be credited to your account automatically as a statement credit by the second billing statement after you earned the rewards. For example, if you made a total of $5,000 in eligible purchases in January, you will receive $100 cash back as a statement credit on your March billing statement.
Note that you will not receive a statement credit for your eligible purchases if you fail to pay the minimum payment by its due date. Also, your rewards are forfeited if your account is canceled before the statement credit is issued.
