Coast Fuel Card Fees
- Monthly: $4 per active card per month

- $35 or 1% of the amount past due if you fail to pay your balance by its due date
- $35 or 5% of the full overdue balance if it remains unpaid 31 days after your initial payment due date

Coast Fuel Card is a charge card, which means your entire balance is due every billing cycle. The monthly fee is only charged to users with at least one completed transaction for that month. If the user did not use the card, then no fee will be charged. The monthly fee includes access to the Coast expense management platform.
It’s worth noting that Coast doesn’t charge per-gallon administration, per-transaction, electronic payment, and check processing fees. Cardholders also don’t need to pay low gas price surcharges, reporting fees, portal access fees, or inflated penalties for higher unpaid balances.
